I offer new clients a first consult free of charge. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to pick up some basic IP knowledge along the way.
It’s important to me that you feel comfortable deciding on the best course of action for your brand without the worry of an immediate fee. We can chat about your goals, look at where you're at, and see if we're a good fit to work together.

In this three-hour session, we’ll look closely at your business to find your biggest opportunities and risks.
You’ll walk away with a high-level plan for IP protection. You'll also receive an NDA template, either mutual or one–way, to use in talks with third parties — an essential tool to help you protect yourself and your IP.

Next steps
If your business is a bit further along, I can help with the more formal side of things—like filing trademarks or reviewing existing contracts. Together, we’ll create a big-picture plan to protect your competitive edge.
